Abstract – The diffrent anesthesic tehnic features at the cesarian section
The present study evaluates the impact of spinal and general anesthesia on pregnant women, on the women in puerperium period and on the new-born babies and at the same time compares these two types of anesthesia. The study was made on 100 pregnant women and on their new-born babies, the women being divided in 2 groups that have received at the caesarean section either spinal or general anesthesia.
The results of the study led to the conclusion that spinal anesthesia is superior to general anesthesia mainly when it comes to the satisfaction degree of the women in puerperium period , satisfaction induced by the anesthetic technique, the VAS score, the moment lactation occurs and the reduced lactation
